1 - Introduction

Welcome to AR GP Group Ltd, trading as UK Stock Car Parts. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of our new aftermarket parts and body kits. By accessing or using our website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2 - Ordering & Payments

All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance.

Prices are listed in [£/GBP] and include applicable taxes where required.

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and ClearPay.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors, fraud suspicion, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3 - Shipping & Delivery

We offer free delivery on all new aftermarket parts and body kits to mainland UK addresses.

Orders placed before 11 AM (Monday to Thursday) qualify for free next-day delivery, with same-day dispatch.

International shipping is available, but delivery times vary by destination. The customer is responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

4 - Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging, with all components present.

Customers must contact us before returning an item to receive return instructions.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved.

Shipping costs for returns (unless due to a defective item) are the responsibility of the customer, therefore we recommend you use a tracked service.

If a product is returned due to customer mistakenly purchasing the wrong part, or returning due to a change of heart, the customer must adhere to the above terms, and be advised that the initial delivery costs to us will be deducted from their refunded amount.

5 - Warranty & Liability

Our products are covered under a 3-month warranty for manufacturing defects (see our Warranty Policy for details).

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modifications.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the purchased product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6 - Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content, images, and trademarks on our website are owned by AR GP Group Ltd, trading as UK Stock Car Parts, or licensed for use.

Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or modification of any website content is strictly prohibited.

7 - Privacy & Data Protection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Your information is used solely for order processing, customer service, and website improvement.
