The splitter was just as it appears in the picture and my white g21 is the same as the image. When I received it, it was very well packaged and protected. The kit includes the screws, and tape for securing.
I added my own tape slightly thicker for the flat section but either way it fitted perfectly and kit provided would do fine if you doubled it up.
It lines up with the original bolts on sides, perfect.
I'm looking at their other parts now as they are a great supplier.
